Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, and income. Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy. Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures.
§ Prepare, process, and post journal entries and various schedules
§ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
§ Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
§ Prepares internal and external financial documents and reports
§ Assists Controller and upper management when needed
§ Other various duties as needed or assigned
