Key Responsibilities
- Maintain necessary communication with all flight crew members, dispatch and station personnel related to flight crew members schedules.
- Continuous auditing and verification of coverage of all scheduled flights
- Assist in the creation of monthly schedules and/or bid lines for flight crew members.
- Maintain monthly flight schedules in FOS software (dispatch and scheduling system).
- Notification of changes to flight crew members daily/monthly schedule changes.
- Continuous monitoring of flight crew members schedules to ensure legality/FAR compliance for 135.
- Utilization of reserve flight crew members in the most efficient and expedient method necessary to ensure operational reliability.
- Logistics coordination to include hotel reservations, ground transportation, air transportation and the associated expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all flight crewmembers through handling all scheduling related items including relaying correct policy, procedural, and regulatory information.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
