Communication & Engagement Coordinator - Gainesville, TX

Pay Rate: $32.21/hr.
Are you a creative communicator who thrives on collaboration and driving engagement? As the Communication & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of crafting impactful internal and external communications and coordinating vibrant employee engagement events. Working closely with HR and business units, you’ll support initiatives that reflect company values and amplify our company culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and distribute internal content: newsletters, announcements, and presentations
Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and town halls
Maintain internal communication channels and calendars
Support content creation for campaigns and video production
Track engagement metrics and compile reports
Represent company at external events as a brand ambassador
Assist with employee surveys and follow-up communications
QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
2+ years of relevant experience with degree or 6+ years without
Skills & Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organization and time management
Proficient in MS Office; Canva/Adobe Suite a plus
Experience with video and social media platforms preferred
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and self-driven
Work ConditionsOffice setting with regular computer use
Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) and event support
Flexible hours may be required
Pay Details: $32.21 per hour
