At MD Helicopters, we don’t just sell aircraft parts — we keep missions flying. From military heroes to emergency responders to adventure seekers, our customers count on us to deliver precision, speed, and reliability.
We’re looking for a Customer Account & Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every call, click, and conversation matters. You’ll be the voice of our customers inside MDHI — driving solutions, managing critical orders, and ensuring our partners get what they need, when they need it.
Be the go-to problem solver for global customers, providing expert advice, order updates, and technical support on spare parts and services. Build relationships that last by supporting accounts through every stage of the order cycle from inquiry to delivery. Jump into action when an aircraft is grounded (AOG) — because downtime isn’t an option. Promote new products and upsell parts that improve performance and reliability. Collaborate across Procurement, Engineering, Production, and Finance to ensure customer needs are met quickly and correctly. Use ERP/MRP systems to manage orders, forecasts, and financial reconciliation. Represent MD Helicopters with integrity, urgency, and excellence every single day.
Associate’s degree and 1–3 years of work-related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 1 year of aviation customer service and/or aviation mechanical experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
Technical knowledge of MD Helicopters’ product line is a plus
Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Regular, reliable attendance at our Mesa headquarters
We’re an established aerospace brand with a bold new vision. Joining MD means being part of a high-performance culture built on integrity, innovation, and excellence. You’ll have access to:
Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits
Opportunities for professional development and career growth
A mission-driven culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
The satisfaction of knowing your work helps keep aircraft mission-ready across the globe
You’ll spend your time primarily in an office setting within our Mesa facility, collaborating closely with technical, production, and engineering teams. Expect occasional exposure to a shop environment (noise, dust, odors, and movement of parts). Light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) and frequent movement around the facility are part of the job.
MD Helicopters, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, individuals with disabilities, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
