The Boeing Company’s Health and Insurance Operations organization is currently seeking an Experienced Implementation and Delivery Specialist to support Health and Well Being Operations in Tukwila, WA, Chicago, IL or Mesa, AZ.
The specialist will partner with customers and stakeholders to implement benefit plan and eligibility changes. An ideal applicant will be curious and innovative with a desire to understand and design end to end processes.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drafts the Statement of Work for the vendors and/or programmers, establishes implementation schedules and coordinates with internal organizations (e.g. communications, payroll, etc.) to implement domestic benefits changes
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects as assigned
- Researches and documents benefit provisions related to restructuring, as required
- Coordinates employee benefit data transfer with vendors and internal customers
- Validates and/or corrects employee data
- May be called upon to resolve unique situations or issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
- 3+ years of experience with process design and/or functional analysis
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining professional relationships
- 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with employee benefits
- User Centric Design experience
- Experience with health and insurance benefits
- Experience working with benefit vendors, consultants and provider systems
- Experience working with healthcare systems and clinical processes

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $128,750
