Duties Include (but are not limited to): 

• Support recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, and?collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. 

• Assist in acquiring background checks and employment eligibility verifications. 

• Ensure new hires complete the necessary paperwork before the employees start date. 

• Conduct auditing for compliance, providing information regarding employee benefits and policies, etc. ?
• Assist Human Resources Director with the administrative duties
