Role Summary
* In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, and Bills of Materials to define and document as-built configurations for aerospace structures. You will support producibility assessments, integrate suppliers and processes, resolve manufacturing-related issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with teams to meet cost, schedule, and delivery objectives. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have at least 3 years of aerospace manufacturing planning experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience (e.g., Associate degree + 3 years, Bachelor + 1 year).
* Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Must have experience writing and revising work instructions. Preferred Skills
* Will have experience with PDM, CAPP, and CMES systems. Job Duties/Functions
* Will develop and integrate manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
* Will review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
* Will develop tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering needs.
* Will manage tools from initial design to end-of-use disposition.
* Will investigate and resolve manufacturing-related issues.
* Will perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
* Will provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedule objectives.
* Will develop integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
* Will draft, update, and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
