- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4+ years of aircraft avionics/electrical experience performing duties described above
- 4+ years of knowledge/experience in electrical/electronic theories and aircraft systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
- Ability to pass required assessments during training
- Familiarity with Hazardous Energy and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Regular and predictable attendance is a requirement of this request.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Depot-Level or Modification Maintenance
- Ability to operate forklifts, mobile cranes, and electric-powered elevating equipment
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Ascend/descend ladders and work in confined spaces
- Lift up to 35 lbs independently; team lift for loads over 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching overhead, balancing on ladders or uneven surfaces
- Occasional climbing, crawling, squatting, stooping, and extended sitting
- Exposure to noise, elevated platforms, and metals
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Pass visual acuity and color perception testing
- Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials
- Frequent noise exposure

- This position is 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX
- Adherence to SA Tool Control and FOD procedures is mandatory
- Mission requirements may require scheduled and unscheduled overtime
