Tasks
- Evaluation of customer requests; coordination of capacity and ground time of all required actions and related costs with production units and customers
- Handling and control of supplier invoices and customer events
- Technical and/or process information necessary for production planning and control
- Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of customer maintenance events
- Assurance of Part-145 relevant archiving processes for work documents after performing maintenance
- Collecting data on man-hours,materials and tooling to support the invoicing process
- Recording maintenance-related expenditures and supporting financial reconciliation
- Ensuring accurate task handovers between shifts and cooperation with the Maintenance Shift Leader
Requirements
Skills:
- Finalized University or College degree in Engineering or Economics is an advantage.
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Good communication skills
