We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with experience in the aerospace and metalworking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Support the design, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.
Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process efficiency and product quality.
Perform root cause analysis using 8D methodology.
Generate reports, maintain documentation, and track corrective actions.
Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Temporary position for 1 year
1st shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:36 p.m.
English proficiency: 80 (working proficiency).
Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology.
PFMEA and Control Plan development and implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Generate reports, maintain documentation, and track corrective actions.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Aerospace industry experience in metalworking.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) knowledge.
