Summary

Base Operations

• Monitoring of the preparation of check at i-180, reviewing BOM and BOT

• Work with Line Ops duty manager just prior to check induction to confirm critical items that will handover to HM

• Support input meetings and coordinate with various parties for work arising from progress meetings

• Constant monitoring of check, working with workshop and MMD team for transit item repair

• Work with Scoot Planning , SIA Fleet Management teams and SIA MPCC to consider tasks withdrawal approvals

• Support technical issues and escalate to technical services for deposition on SECTARS

• Reivew manhours for aircraft checks

• Work with planning to plan long term check slots and ensure that the relevant teams are in the loop for Checks planning

• Maintain the long term Scoot Fleet heavy maintenance and aircraft availability plan for next 36 months

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with knowledge of aircraft operations and contracts;

• Preferably with knowledge of B787 aircraft type

• Familiar with Base Operations

• Team oriented and resourceful but able to work independently, when required.

• Good Interpersonal skills & Communication skills, both oral and written English.

• Communicate effectively at all levels, manage stakeholders from vendors as well as both internal and external departments.

• High problem solving skills.

• Strong creative output and execution with cost constraints
