How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) What Were Offering: The Finance Rotational Development Program provides two complementary 18-month assignments in areas such as Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Finance, Internal Audit, Fuel Management, and Division Controllership, among others, to enable participants to explore different parts of our business. Participants are given opportunities to both work as members of teams and take individual ownership over activities including the identification of key business issues, completion of comprehensive analyses, and preparation of informative materials for senior leaders. The finance team at Delta is a key contributor to the continuing evolution of our business model for long-term success. Program participants receive focused attention to help grow their interdepartmental network as well as professional development opportunities. In addition to the rotational aspect, the program offers opportunities to network with senior leaders across the organization, work on a cross-divisional project to gain exposure to other areas of the business, and mentorship opportunities.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) You are a senior in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of Fall 2025 or/Spring/Summer 2026.Candidates who have graduated and are employed full-time will not be consideredMust be able to work onsite at our Atlanta, GA office.Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
