Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support for supply chain activities.
- Maintain files, logs, and records of requisitions, cycle counts, and vendor maintenance requests.
- Control and oversee multiple processes to ensure procedures are followed by everyone and processes are fully compliant.
- Manage and update computer system data related to procurement and inventory.
- Assist in expediting purchase requisitions, vendor change requests, and cycle count audits.
- Support the Accounting Department with clerical and data entry tasks as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the business unit.
- Perform routine operations support across departments such as engineering, accounting, and supply chain.
- Collect, track, and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Compile, review, and analyze reports, statistics, and project timelines.
- Utilize functional software tools to generate reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Assist in designing workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance on processes and procedures related to the functional unit.
- Maintain compliance with company mission, values, and culture.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (preferred), High School Diploma, or equivalent experience required.
- 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce company policies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of office procedures, with solid writing and verbal skills.
U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
