Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Operations Specialist II provides solutions to the factory floor through problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions through the use of Crane Business System (CBS) tools. The individual will also coordinate hardware production schedules with factory planners/supervisors, perform inventory analyses, review/report on upcoming deliveries for risk items, and maintain programmatic Doc & Build plans.
Essential Functions:
Perform material requirements planning through high interaction/coordination with manufacturing personnel and external suppliers to support the Value Stream
Communicate priorities and schedule changes to Outside Processing Suppliers on a daily basis to support changes in production requirements
Monitor supplier orders to assure they are shipped on a timely basis to support the Value Stream
Coordinate hardware production schedules with the cognizant factory supervisor/manager
Maintain program Doc & Build plans at a regularly scheduled cadence
Review and maintain inventory analysis to identify: excess stock, E/O hardware, & critical up-coming build shortages
Review upcoming NPI deliveries and identify critical shortages; coordinate with the cognizant buyer/supplier for recovery dates
Develop tools and methods for management analysis of operations
Analyze information to identify adverse trends that require corrective action and system improvements
Any other task assigned by supervisor or management

Strong Lean experience
Familiarity with major business application programs such as Sherpa, Oracle, & Qlik
Experience in a leadership or significant role in a major project
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office within a manufacturing environment
Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE
May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary

Top Benefits:
Salary range: $78,800.00 to $96,800.00. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
