To be considered for the A&P Mechanic position, the candidate must possess the following:
- A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong understanding of both airframe systems and powerplant systems.
- Experience with G400, G450, G500, G550, Lear 45
- Proficiency in interpreting and working from complex engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAR 43 and other relevant FAA regulations.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and aircraft test equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to frequently lift, carry, and position heavy objects, and to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training opportunities.
