Job Qualifications
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.).
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing Maintenance/Facilities environment.
- Background using CMMS (ex. Maintenance Connections) for managing PM’s and down equipment repairs.
- Knowledge of NEC codes, regulatory requirements, and safety requirements as related to Maintenance/Facilities functions.
- Understanding of building systems
- HVAC & refrigeration experience
- Chiller water systems & cooling towers
- Understanding of personnel safety requirements
- IT skills.
- Candidate must also possess excellent computer skills, robotics and PLC experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with machine motion control systems is a plus.

- Demonstrated skills in written and verbal communication, problem analysis, potential problem analysis, decision analysis and planning.
- Skilled in coaching, team-building, business measurement, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Multi-task oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Performs analytical/technical troubleshooting, machine reliability analysis and provides education to maintenance technicians. Collects machine downtime data to develop trend analysis on equipment downtime/frequency/problem data
- Provides guidance to maintenance technicians or support personnel in repair efforts, assists in procurement of equipment, repair parts and technical data/information and provides overall support for all aspects of maintenance/manufacturing operations.
- Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance.
- Manages the manufacturing organization’s budget in support of the company’s goals and objectives.
- Ensures appropriate communications and interaction with technical support and engineering groups in order that technical issues are addressed in a timely and complete manner.
- Reviews competitive posture of unit with in-house and /or outside suppliers of similar products and recommends strategies to be the lowest cost, highest quality provider of products or services.
- Develops specific short and long range plans and programs together with supporting budget requests based on customer requirements.
