Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team in Exton, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming parts inspections, using testing equipment to identify issues, and assisting in the final inspection of parts before they are dispatched. This role operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize testing equipment to diagnose and identify any issues with parts.
- Assist in the final inspection of parts prior to their distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality assurance.
Essential Skills- 3-5 years of experience in parts quality inspection.
- Experience working with electronics or electrical parts companies.
- Proficiency in using test equipment for inspection purposes.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Soldering experience is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, interpretation, and schematic understanding.

This is a Permanent position based out of Exton, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
-Current benefit package includes a comprehensive Medical (Independent Administrators), Dental (MetLife), & Vision (VBA) program with no grace period
-Vacation - 2 weeks accrual
-Holidays - 9 public +3 floating holidays
-Sick - 6 days
-401k (up to 4) match after 90 days
-Bonus Plan (5) Annually December

-2nd Shift Differential: +10
-3rd Shift Differential: +15
