What You’ll DoAs a Systems Assembly Technician, you will support aircraft production by:
- Performing assembly operations on structural, mechanical, and aircraft system components
- Installing systems such as tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducts
- Reading and interpreting detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Using hand tools and diagnostic equipment including screwdrivers, ratchets, power tools, multimeters, and continuity testers
- Ensuring all work meets engineering specifications and quality standards
- Following safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and hazardous materials
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and timelines
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (or technical equivalent)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English
- Experience (6 months+) in manufacturing, mechanical, or technical environments (military experience accepted)
- Experience using hand, power, or pneumatic tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or specifications
- Willingness to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs
- Ability to complete 6–10 weeks of training and pass required assessments
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting (10–35 lbs), bending, climbing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
- Ability to obtain and maintain required safety certifications (Confined Space, Fall Protection)
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting technical documents
- Previous aerospace or manufacturing assembly experience
- Familiarity with aircraft systems installation

Pay Details: $22.21 per hour
