Role/ Designation:Assistant Manager (Auditor )
Location: Gurgaon
Level/ Band: Assistant Manager/ B
Brief about the role/ team/ candidate requirement:
Candidate would be required to conduct Audits / Inspections / Surveillance. Extensive travel would be required.
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
- AME B1 / B2 / quality experience. at least 3 years’ experience.
- Auditor training course
Experience:
- 04+ years of professional experience with proven success in the aviation.
- 3+ years of auditing experience as an auditor in the aviation (conducted as an Auditor at least five audits; and at least one audit in the previous 12 months).
Skill Set
- Ethical conduct, objectivity, fairness, and impartiality in applying professional judgement
- Excellent management skills and ability to collaborate.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail, strong and time management ability.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Key Competencies

Job responsibility
Responsibilities: We seek highly experienced auditors to carry out an Audit, Assessment, and Inspections and primarily responsible for:
- Conducting the audits in a consistent manner, adhering to the audit guidelines.
- Proper management of all phases of the audit.
- Assist Timely Preparation of Audit / Surveillance reports and timely intimation of audit report to all concerned for necessary action.
- Conducting follow-up activities, closing findings and quality control and delivering the audit report within the required period.
- Assist in preparation of yearly Audit Plan and Audit checklists.
- Assist in maintaining records of all audits, inspections, surveillance etc. carried out.
- Conduct regular Ramp / Apron, load and trim, Engineering, Preflight medical, Cargo, Security, FDTL surveillance / Inspections / Audits etc.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief / Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety.
