We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector Supervisor to support and oversee inventory accuracy, documentation, and compliance processes within our aviation warehouse operation. This role requires aviation knowledge, leadership experience a plus, and strong computer/data entry skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with aviation parts, inventory systems, and trace documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily data entry and inventory control activities
- Ensure accurate entry of aviation parts information into ERP/WMS systems
- Support inventory reconciliation and maintain data accuracy
- Verify aviation documentation including trace and compliance records
- Read and interpret OEM part catalogs and technical specifications
- Assist with inspection-related documentation for airframe and engine components
- Ensure processes follow FAA compliance and company quality procedures
- Promote warehouse safety and enforce proper handling practices
- Train and support data entry and warehouse team members
