Job Title: Director of Maintenance
Job Description
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of aircraft maintenance, including scheduling, forecasting, and creating maintenance schedules and manuals. Expertise with R44 and SA350 B2 aircraft is essential, and knowledge of Canadian aviation airworthiness standards is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aircraft maintenance activities.
- Schedule and forecast maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Create and update maintenance schedules and manuals.
- Maintain comprehensive technical records in compliance with QA and QC standards.
- Utilize SharePoint, Office 365, and other Microsoft tools effectively.
- Collaborate with a team of 20 professionals, including 6-10 pilots and administrative staff.
- Possibility of travel for field work as necessary.
Essential Skills
- Licensed AME M1 or M2 with a type course on AS350 and/or turbo mecca 1D1.
- 2-3 years of experience as a PRM or Director of Maintenance.
- 1-2 years of experience in QA and QC.
- Endorsements on AS350 and/or turbo mecca 1D1 LTS101.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with technical records management.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365.

Work Environment
The position is based at the Sky Hangar in Pitt Meadows, working full-time from Monday to Friday with a flexible 40-hour work week. Youll be part of a dedicated team, working closely with executives and other staff members. While primarily based in the hangar, there may be opportunities for travel if field work is required.
