Boeing Brazil is seeking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Senior Manager to join our international team of managers. This position will report to international senior management.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all HR Activities in Latin America and the Caribbean. This position is based in São José dos Campos, Brazil and is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals.

Leadership Responsibilities:
Coach, consult and act as a trusted HR advisor and partner to Directors and Senior Managers while offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Lead the Latin America and Caribbean Human Resources team which delivers value to the business
Allocate workload to meet business demands
Influence the strategic workforce planning and future skill acquisition by providing labor spanet insights and tracking supply & demand trends
Technology Optimization & Process Improvement
Deploy HR strategies and plans including ……
Control the cost of function ensuring consistent, measurable return on investment
Exceeding service delivery metrics
Lead performance of team and individuals
Partnership Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders across the globe to create and implement strategies that meet business needs
Champion Latin American HR perspective in cross functional projects, meetings and events
As a member of the International HR leadership team, partner with peers and global leaders to balance risks and protect the company
Proactively engage with all functions and Enterprise project teams to deliver process improvement and efficiency for the region
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic qualifications
Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
Fluent in both written and verbal English
Bachelors degree or equivalent in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience as a HR lead or manager with a track record of coaching and mentoring to develop the skills and competence of others
Extensive experience in Human resources operation including International policy and employment laws in the managed regions
Good understanding of risks associated with Human Resources and the laws that govern
Experience using Workday and Tableau
Experience of continued success in an International environment
‘Always people first’; focus on site strategies and delivering an outstanding service
Preferred qualifications
Experience working for a multinational organization
Experience of delivering operational excellence and of using data to enhance and maintain quality of service
Experience partnering with stakeholders and leaders on workforce planning
Fluent in both written and verbal Spanish
