As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our operation, leading a fast-paced, high-accountability team that keeps production running, customers flying, and missions on time. This is your chance to take command of a critical operation inside one of the most iconic names in aerospace and help build what’s next for rotorcraft manufacturing.
End-to-end control: Oversee all inbound and outbound movement from receiving and inventory control to domestic and international shipping.
Compliance at altitude: Ensure full traceability and adherence to FAA, AS9100, and ITAR standards.
Operational flow: Streamline processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles to boost efficiency, accuracy, and output.
People leadership: Coach, mentor, and elevate a skilled warehouse team that handles everything from cranes and forklifts to government-regulated parts.
Strategic partnership: Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Production to keep our lines moving and our commitments strong.
You’re not just organized, you’re operationally obsessed. You think in systems, anticipate roadblocks before they happen, and turn chaos into coordination. You’ve led teams before, and you know how to balance accountability with inspiration. You’re fluent in logistics, compliance, and continuous improvement and you thrive in a culture that expects excellence.
5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or materials leadership (preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of ITAR, AS9100, FAA, and government property regulations.
Proven record of leading teams and improving warehouse performance through Lean or Six Sigma tools.
ERP/MRP experience (Paycom, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
A passion for safety, precision, and process improvement.
