1. Ensure all Counter Reconciliation on fortnight Basis, Monitor Daily cash deposit and other form of payments settlements.
2. Ensure Bank posting of all Cargo transactions in SAP for all settlements of cargo in Local & foreign banks.
3. Activation of agent codes in SK, updation of payments/notional of GSA and freighters.Ensure GSA Reconciliation, follow-up on pending payments, CCAs, payment updates in SK, ORC posting, any other queries and requirements.
4. Transfer of bank settlements where cargo sales cash is deposited with Pax locations.
5. Updating & Maintenance of Rate Master in Smart KargoPreparation and submission of Monthly MISPosting of Revenue Adjustment entries in SAP with necessary backupsEnsure SK upload file with bank on all Virtual payments are MatchedEnsure
6. All Cargo refunds are accounted and processed properlyAccounting of all IATA interline cargo related in SAP & control accounts.
7. Follow up with internal/external personal for any discrepancies, requirements etc.Preparing Schedules for Audit & coordinating with Internal/external Auditors.
8. Submission of Data to taxation team of various countries on monthly, quarterly and yearly basisAny other job assigned by Management from time to time.
9. Checking daily settlements of cargo Razor pay transactions and posting the same in SAP.

Required Qualifications and Experience

1. Commerce graduate (mandatory), CA-Inter or Postgraduate (preferred).
2. Minimum 4+ years, preferably in the cargo or logistics industry.
3. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
4. Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
