You will be the Military Operations Analysis Manager for the Joint All Domain Operations and Future Concepts team. Our team is responsible for delivering engagement and mission level operations analysis across multiple classified programs for both Lockheed Martin and Department of Defense stakeholders. This team leverages the Advanced Framework for Modeling, Simulation, and Integration (AFSIM) to develop models and scenarios, generate analysis, and deliver decision support material.

What You Will Be Doing:

As the Military Operations Analysis Manager you will be responsible for coordinating staffing needs, managing budget and schedule, leading daily scrums, reviewing AFSIM development status, and guiding analysis to meet deliveries. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading a team of analysts to manage and develop models, configure and troubleshoot scenarios, plan and execute analyses against stakeholder deadlines and budgets, and prepare briefing material for executive level audiences.
• Managing daily stand ups, scheduling stakeholder reviews, identifying risk items, and communicating prioritization requests to military operations analysis leadership.
• Reviewing status of development and coordinating AFSIM core development needs using Gitlab while also making recommendations to deconflict competing priorities.

This position can be based in Fort Worth, TX, Palmdale, CA or Marietta, GA

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or above degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or operations research)
• Subject matter expert working with Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM)
• Experience working across a multi-location technical team to deliver quality products
Desired Skills:
• Leadership experience; including recruiting, task leadership, performance management, talent development
• Proven ability to effectively lead a technical team to plan, execute, and deliver analytic products to address stakeholder requirements
• Exceptional skills for interpersonal, organizational, and communication to team and customer engagements; including development and briefing of presentations
• Analytical expertise and experience in industry or government; including experience in operations analysis processes, techniques, and modeling and simulation
• Expertise in military systems (e.g. military surface and aircraft systems, operations, and Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS))
• Expertise in developing and applying analytical methods (design of experiments, optimization, trade studies, data analytics, statistical analysis)
• Expertise with other government furnished operations analysis tools
• Experience in developing and applying military operations analysis methods
• Active Top Secret clearance, currently SAP briefed
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
