As we continue expanding into new markets, we’re looking for a seasoned Station Manager to lead our SFO operations and drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll DoAs Station Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations at our SFO station, managing a team of 18–20 skilled professionals. You’ll be the go-to leader ensuring:
- Safety and regulatory compliance across all activities
- Operational performance meets or exceeds expectations
- Customer satisfaction remains top-tier
- Schedules and budgets are maintained with precision
- Cross-functional collaboration keeps everything running smoothly
Aircraft You’ll Work With- Primary: Boeing 767
- Additional: Airbus A319, A320, A321 Boeing 737, 777 Embraer E190
What You Bring- Valid A&P License
- Minimum 5 years in a line maintenance leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial aircraft maintenance
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Experience working with commercial airlines and fractional operators
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
- Performance-based bonus eligibility (Sales and P&L-driven)
- Full benefits package: medical, dental, 401(k)
