- 1st Weekend: Fri - Sun 5am - 5:30pm

We’re looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist to take on a key role in our advanced manufacturing operation. You’ll work with large, complex parts in long-cycle production, using your expertise to ensure every component meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
What You’ll Do:- Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathe machines for high-precision, long-run production.
- Interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure consistent, top-tier output.
- Perform precision inspections using calipers and micrometers.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to refine processes and boost productivity.
What You Bring:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in multi-axis lathe machining.
- Deep knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, and Mazak controls.
- Strong command of M code and G code.
- Ability to measure to the thousandths with confidence.
- Experience working with aerospace-grade materials like aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
Preferred Qualifications:- Background in aircraft assembly and mechanical structures.
- Leadership experience in a machine shop environment.
- Familiarity with A&P, airframe, and structural components.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
