Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or other technical/engineering discipline preferred.
Minimum Experience
- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods) and/or related supply chain management including design, implementation, and execution of SIOP related processes preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning concepts and integrated supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, material flow, procurement, and inventory management principles.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
- Expertise with forecasting methods, planning logic, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Excel and common business tools (e.g., PowerPoint, ERP systems, reporting platforms).
