POSITION OVERVIEW
The CRS agents form the help center for all our stations concerning the reservation and check-in systems. They help instore new processes and guide the agents in their day to day use of the different systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Coordinate Air Inuit’s reservation system with all related factors (schedules, ticketing, GDS, connectivity with stations, Interlining);
- Project implementation for newly contracted products;
- Elaborate and maintain training manuals (reservations, DCS, IROPS, schedule creation);
- Train Air Inuit and handling companies’ staff and trainers;
- Coordinate schedule distributions to airport authorities (SMA) and other agencies (OAG, Innovata, Nomadis) in accordance with established deadlines;
- Operational support to Air Inuit network stations;
- Coordinate communications with the different service providers;
- Scheduled flights reconciliation;
- Produce statistics for different governmental entities and Management;
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be bilingual (French / English) - Inuktitut would be an asset;
- Extensive knowledge of the ameliaRES system (reservations, ticketing, DCS, IROPS);
- Classroom teaching experience would be an asset;
- Knowledge of OAG and the different GDSs (Sabre, Galileo, Travelport and Amadeus);
- Knowledge of Air Inuit’s operational and reservation policies would be an asset;
- Knowledge of airline ticketing standards;
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Office;
- Good communication skills;
- Team spirit;
- Be available to travel to the north for training sessions if required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Operational schedule, 37.5 hours per week;
- Hours between 7:00 and 18:00;
- Rotational on-call weekends and nights coverage (work phone, 1 weekend per month).
COMPENSATION
Compensation and benefits are determined according to corporate policy.
Level E ($49,295 - $60,249)
