Youll be working onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, pricing information). Provide billing support. Assist the Accounts Supervisor/Manager with projects as assigned.
Process charter billing – obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoicesReconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the monthPerform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, e.g. flight checksKeep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference.Other duties as assigned.Responsible for compiling all feedback data from airline customersResponsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoicesResponsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as neededReceive incoming calls, and route to appropriate staff, if necessaryProvide support to menu presentations, customer visits and audits/inspections
