Contract Adminstrator

Job Description:

Pay Range: $35-$45/hr (depending on experience)

W2 Contract, US Citizens and US Persons only are permitted to apply. We are seeking a paralegal/contract support to join our client for a short project with potential to extend! The ideal candidates will be able to support the onsite needs of the company and work quickly to support the growing changes of a Contracts organization.

Responsibilities:
• Working within the Contracts organization.
• Gather and organize legal documents.
• Maintain electronic databases and physical files according to established procedures and record retention policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members to provide needed information needed.
• Support the establishment of processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience as a Paralegal with Contracting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Prior experience working in SharePoint.
• Excellent systems skills with the ability to manage electronic data files.
• Microsoft Office skills, including outlook, word, and excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
