Join a team dedicated to designing and producing armored combat and support vehicles. As a prime mover in ground force capabilities, this firm provides innovative solutions that ensure the safety and effectiveness of military personnel worldwide, focusing on durability, mobility, and performance.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance on Stryker vehicle systems including power-pack, engine, transmission, driveline, and suspension.
Conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) on Stryker vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
Repair or replace Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and sub-systems by disassembling, adjusting, reassembling, and testing vehicle components.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems across all Stryker variants using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
Utilize Built-In Test Equipment (BITE), technical documentation, and MTPs for accurate fault identification.
Interpret schematics, flow diagrams, and maintenance manuals to perform corrective actions.
Complete required documentation, maintenance logs, and administrative paperwork.
Ensure accountability for special tools, test equipment, and other assigned assets.
Operate Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Clearance/Eligibility: Must be a U.S. person and eligible to access military facilities.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience performing automotive or military vehicle maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret IETMs and technical schematics.
Familiarity with vehicle configuration identification and part referencing.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and analysis.
Documented technical training, trade school certification, or equivalent military/commercial training.
Must meet Anthropometric Size Requirement (ASR) and be willing to adjust to varied work schedules.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (CONUS and OCONUS).
Experience with company products and understanding of military terminology is a plus.
Capability to work in both shop and field environments, including unimproved locations.
