Crew Training Policy Coordinator 

Based in Budapest 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

To ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of crew training policy documentation across the Group AOCs, CCTO, and ATO, in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The role supports the Crew Training Policy Manager in maintaining operational excellence, promoting procedural compliance, and enhancing the quality and consistency of training documentation and processes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES (MAIN ACTIVITIES AND TASKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO) 

The Crew Training Policy Coordinator is responsible to the Crew Training Policy Manager for: 

• Take ownership of the revision and continuous improvement of key training manuals, including AOC OM Part D, ATO OM, CCTO OM, and Group Training Service Agreements 
• Edit and maintain training policy documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance 
• Support and enhance policy management processes, ensuring efficient version control and document governance 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training processes reflect the latest regulatory and industry standards 
• Contribute to a culture of quality by supporting the education of Group Training teams on internal procedures and best practices 
• Actively support compliance activities by analysing audit and inspection outcomes, and proposing corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPs) 
• Participate in regular team and cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with Group Training priorities and objectives. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in flight or cabin crew operations is preferred. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE 

• Strong understanding of aviation training documentation, including AOC OM Part D, CCTO OM, ATO OM, and Group Training Service Agreements; 
• Ability to maintain and improve operational processes in line with industry standards and internal quality systems; 
• Experience in document editing and version control in regulated environments; 
• Capability to support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPs); 

EDUCATION 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 

LANGUAGES 

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) 

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES 

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in educating staff on internal procedures; 
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
