Job Responsibilities

• Perform deburring operations according to work order callouts.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to job functions and work instructions.
• Work in various areas of the shop as designated by supervision on an as-needed basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to the 5 S’s principles.

Essential Skills

• Experience with deburring, grinding, and polishing tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for sanding and deburring.
• Ability to handle small delicate parts and use standard measuring equipment simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic skills for performing routine entry-level operator tasks.
• Comfortable working under close supervision or following clearly defined procedures.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of equipment such as height gage, digital calipers, pi tape, micrometers, polishing tools, bench grinder, bead blaster, disc sander, and belt sander.

• M-F
• 1st shift: 5 am - 2:30 pm
• 2nd shift: 2 pm -10:30 pm
• $22-30/hour

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $62400.00/yr.
