As a rapidly growing business generating over 1 billion in annual revenue and arranging more than 35,000 charter flights each year, we are now seeking an experienced charter broker for our expanding Zurich office. As part of this ambitious growth, we are looking exclusively for proven private jet charter consultants to help lay the foundation of something exceptional.

This is not a role for beginners—demonstrable, successful experience within private jet charter is essential, and applications without this background will not be progressed. Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Win, develop and retain new business
- Manage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Negotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of global charter spanets, aircraft availability, and operator performance
- Deliver a consistently high level of client service and discretion
- Contribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape spanet strategy and growth initiatives
- Represent the business within key client and industry networks
- As the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokers
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion
This position is intended for experienced private charter consultants within our sector. Applications will be considered based on relevant industry experience and proven performance.
