- High school or equivalent work experience.
- Airline cargo and ground handling experience is recommended.
- Airline weight and balance experience is recommended.
- Proof of IATA/ICAO hazardous material experience is recommended.
- Understanding of aircraft positions along with heights and weight limitations recommended.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ground operations equipment recommended.
- Understands and uses air freight and flight terminology and processes
Work Environment:
- This job function requires consistent travel on company aircraft, and occasional overnight stays.
- Will be working on and around aircraft, in warehouse and outdoor ramp environments
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions for extended periods of time

- Lifting/carrying requirements: Up to 50 pounds occasionally. Repetitions will vary with projects.
- Climbing: Up ladders and stairs.
- Reaching: Full range of motion may be required to perform the essential functions of this position
- Standing/Walking: Concrete floor in warehouse and paved ramp. Surfaces can be wet seasonally and icy seasonally.
- Repetitive bending/Twisting: Occasional to moderate.
- Crawling: Minimal crawling required.
- Vision: Good vision is required to perform all tasks.
- Hearing: Good hearing is required for effective and safe communication with co-workers.
- Speaking: Speaking is required to communicate with flight crews, customers, ground personnel, etc.
Salary Range: $52,500-$71,000
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
