Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of recent experience working with machine shop equipment such as a band saw, drill press, mill, jointer/ planer, hydraulic press, belt sander, hand tools
- Proven ability to read and interpret chemical and engineering drawings, process specifications, and laboratory test methods
- Ability to work within a multifunctional team to achieve likeminded goals
- Basic computer skills with general Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good communications skills
- Detail oriented and able to follow work instructions
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Able to lift - Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- U.S. Citizenship per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends to support production needs, as directed.
Preferred Candidate:
- College level background in science, math and combined relevant work experience.
- Desired four-year degree in applied science discipline.
- Hands-on mixing experience
- Laboratory and/or production scale mixing experience preferred
- Aerospace industry experience with an emphasis in general laboratory work desired
- Familiarity with Machine shop equipment
- Familiarity with aerospace industry test standards
- Test equipment knowledge
Compensation Data
Compensation Range: $74,776.00 - $94,410.00
