What are your contributions to the team?
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop optimized workflows and processes that align with best practices and business objectives.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate in configuring Salesforce solutions in lower environments to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, flows, page layouts, reports, configuring email-to-case processes, Classic to Lightning migration, etc.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Design Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing system capabilities.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure that solutions meet user expectations and requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively utilize Salesforce.
• Create user documentation and training materials to facilitate onboarding and ongoing support.
• Work closely with developers and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features and enhancements.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and other key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Participate with Salesforce Product Owner Team in triaging and categorizing daily support queries related to user access, data transformation, analytics, new functionalities, bugs, and project related tasks.
• Collaborate in administrating the focal management processes
How to thrive in this role?
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Technology Management, or a related field.
• You have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
• You are proficiency in Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRMA is an asset
• You have five (5) + years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce.
• You have proven experience in gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, and managing projects.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• You have project management and change management skills
• You have knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
• You have knowledge of Excel (asset)
