How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Mid-Market Sales Account Representative is an entry-level role responsible for maximizing revenues and spanet share focusing on opportunities with Deltas strategic corporate customers virtually. Primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of Mid-Market corporate customers, maintaining contract profitability through performance evaluations, consultative seller and upsell. This position interfaces with a corporate sales development in formulating sales strategies and programs. The Mid-Market Sales Account Representative is responsible for implementing sales and account strategies based on the Global Sales Revenue Plan. Will work with key stakeholders to identify potential corrective actions to address account underperformance. Provide DL product, programs, service and policies updates to the customers, as well service support, as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Some first-hand sales experience required. Candidate should possess aptitude towards sales and understand how to translate data into opportunities. Must have the ability to build strong customer relationships while maintaining profitable business. Must be able to manage change with resilience and display drive, accountability, and commitment. Candidate must possess strong skills in written and verbal communications, negotiation, time management, organization, planning, and public speaking. Ability to identify opportunities through data analysis. Possess leadership potential and have the ability to disseminate information professionally according to Delta values. Must be technology savvy and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Must demonstrate aptitude for learning other Delta Air Lines internal systemsConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
