Job Description:

Description:

You will be the SIOP Demand Management Lead with our Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team in Archbald, PA. The team is seeking an experienced Operations professional who will drive strategic planning excellence by delivering real-time visibility into our site’s full value chain, guiding end to end demand planning and analysis for development, production, sustainment, and ad hoc programs. Working closely with Program, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance partners, you will develop and maintain forecasts, align demand inputs with SIOP governance, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure that every demand plan is complete, realistic, and risk aware.

What You Will Be Doing

As the SIOP Demand Management Lead, your standard scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Consolidate all demand signals—firm orders, forecasts, sustainment requirements, new program proposals, and MRO/repair orders—into a single, actionable demand plan.

  • Work closely with Program Managers, Business Development, Operations, and PMPO teams to keep forecasts current and accurately reflected in SIOP.

  • Build and maintain capacity/utilization models/tools for Archbald with the appropriate fidelity to identify and mitigate execution risks.

  • Enforce SIOP governance, ensuring all demand entries meet schedule, quality, and security (LMPI/ECI/CUI) standards.

  • Identify, track, and resolve demand related risks, including un allocated inventory, excess stock, and spare part shortages, and drive appropriate corrective actions.

  • Validate demand loads against full lead time requirements, ensuring SIOP simulation outputs align with both new part and repair order timelines.

  • Partner with PP&C and Production Operations teams to align/update production plans as necessary.

  • Capture risk and opportunity data throughout execution and feed those insights back into the demand planning process, including inventory surplus/shortage analytics.

  • Coordinate cross functional and cross enterprise stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management, to execute the SIOP process successfully.
