Our diverse fleet includes Cessna 172s, Cessna 175s, Piper Seneca IIs, and Piper PA-14s, ensuring that our students gain experience on a variety of aircraft. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate flight lessons and other appointments.
- Assist in managing student admissions, enrolling students and pairing them with instructors.
- Handle invoicing and process payments accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with sales activities, including promoting flight packages and programs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and some holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Mac computers, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
- Experience with Flight Schedule Pro and Salesforce are a plus.
- A passion for aviation and a desire to learn more about the industry.
