About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Experience Representative to accelerate revenue growth and manage the full sales cycle. In this role, you will independently prospect, pitch, and close charter trips and memberships while building long-term relationships with high-value clients. You’ll be trusted to own your portfolio, reactivate dormant accounts, and deliver exceptional service that drives loyalty and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outbound prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of individuals, families, and corporate clients.
  • Convert inbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Reactivate past clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Represent Surf On Demand at FBOs, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Deliver white-glove service across all client touchpoints to strengthen loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, client records, and activity logs in CRM.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of proven success in high-ticket sales (aviation, luxury travel, or brokerage preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently close new business and grow accounts.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-driven sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and effective in a remote-first environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required to meet client needs.
