Job Description:

Tasks

The Technical Sales Manager Digital Fleet Services is responsible for:

  • Driving pre-sales activities, solution design, and proof-of-concepts
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal commercial team
  • Delivering product demos and technical presentations for customers
  • Analysis of customer processes to map with the digital TechOps ecosystem product portfolio and to lead the solution design
  • Partnering with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to align USPs and product gaps
  • Supporting strategic deals with technical expertise and proposals
  • Representing the company at customer engagements and industry events
  • Providing spanet feedback to influence product roadmaps
  • Promote and obtain Digital Fleet Services business (e.g. AMOS, flydocs or AVIATAR) in North, Central & South America

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelors degree required
  • MBA or equivalent Master’s degree desirable
  • 1-2 years of expereince in Aviation, Sales SaaS or Digitalization required
  • Knowledge in digital product development desirable
  • Fluency in English required
  • German and Spanish desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel
  • Manage constant time pressure
  • Manage high stress levels
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
